MBSGuru is a white-label platform for coaches, trainers, teachers and academies. It combines a branded website on your own domain, online courses, Zoom live classes, payments and invoicing, lead and student management, staff roles and reporting in one system. Your students see your brand throughout, not MBSGuru's.
Yes. Your logo, colours, domain, website, student portal, emails and certificates carry your brand. Emails can be sent from your own SMTP address with templates you edit, and certificates carry your name with a public verification link.
Yes. Connect a custom domain by adding a DNS record, verify it from your dashboard, and SSL is issued automatically. If you do not have a domain yet, you can use an instant subdomain and switch later.
It depends on the plan. Enterprise customers can have a dedicated branded Android and iOS app, published as a separate store listing, where this is commercially and technically supported. On the Academy plan your academy is available inside the shared MBSGuru app rather than as a separate store app. The Starter plan does not include a dedicated app.
Yes. Each plan has a platform fee on course sales made through your site, alongside the subscription. Current rates: Starter 7%, Academy 3%, Enterprise 0%–1% (contract based). Enterprise commercials are agreed in a contract. The rate applied to every sale is the one configured for your plan, and you can see it in your account.
On the Enterprise plan, payments settle directly into your own gateway account (for example Razorpay), and the platform fee is recorded separately. On other plans the platform collects payments and you request payouts to your bank. Supported gateways include Razorpay, Stripe, PayPal, Mollie, Instamojo, Flutterwave and Paystack; offline payments can be recorded with receipts.
Yes. Live classes run on Zoom from inside your site. Attendance is recorded automatically and can be exported, recordings can be shared with students after the session, and one-to-one sessions are supported as well.

Depending on your current platform, that can cover courses and content, students, assessments, videos (relinked from YouTube, Vimeo or your cloud storage) and certificate records; lead lists can be imported from CSV inside your dashboard.
You do. Each business's data is kept separate from every other business on the platform, you can export your reports and attendance, and MBSGuru does not market to your students. Students can also delete their own accounts.
Yes. Design certificates with your logo and signature in the certificate builder. Each certificate carries a credential ID and QR code that anyone can verify online.
Yes. Enterprise is for institutes and organisations that need custom commercials, unlimited students, direct settlement into their own payment gateway and a contract-based platform fee. Contact sales to discuss your requirements.
